30% Club Scholarship Applications 2019

The RCSI Institute of Leadership and the 30% Club have partnered to offer one female candidate a scholarship on the MSc in Leadership and two scholarship on the Professional Diploma in Clinical Leadership at the RCSI Institute of Leadership commencing September 2019

Masters in Leadership

Is this programme for you?
The MSc in Leadership has been devised to meet the needs of professionals in the unique and complex environment of healthcare with a focus on theoretical and practical skill development through highly interactive lectures and simulations.
This programme is designed to enhance and develop health professionals skills and competencies in a variety of core professional areas including; Developing and Demonstrating Personal Leadership Qualities; Working with and Leading Others; Leading and Managing Services; Leading Change and Innovation; Strategic Planning and Implementation; Developing a Future Oriented Mindset.

Entry Requirements

To apply for the scholarship applicants should first meet the entry requirements

-Applicant must hold a minimum Level 7 academic award

-Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered on a case-by-case basis for applicants who do not meet the above entry requirements but have other relevant qualifications and work experience in healthcare or equivalent

-Selection process will include an interview for short-listed candidates by a representation from the 30% Club and RCSI

Professional Diploma in Clinical Leadership

The programme is designed for all senior clinical staff, seeking to significantly develop their clinical leadership capacity, increase their self- insights and maximise their impact on others in their healthcare organisations.

Entry Requirements

To apply for the scholarship applicants should first meet the entry requirement

- For applicants who don’t hold a primary degree, there is a recognition of prior learning (RPL) pathway outlined here  

- All applicants should hold a primary degree and be working in the healthcare sector. As there is an emphasis on clinical leadership, ideally applicants should be working in a clinical setting

- Selection process will include an interview for short-listed candidates by a representation from the 30% Club and RCSI
