Leadership Development Programme - Hermitage Medical Clinic Opening 21 September 2015
The opening session of a Leadership Development Programme specifically for Clinical Nurse Managers and Clinical Services Managers at the Hermitage Medical Clinic took place on 21 September 2015.
The RCSI Institute of Leadership and the Hermitage Medical Clinic co -developed a bespoke programme for Clinical Nurse Managers and Clinical Services Managers. The programme demonstrates the Hermitage Medical Clinic’s commitment to and investment in developing and supporting successful candidates in these key roles.
The programme will focus on the role and responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Manager and Clinical Service Manager in the Independent Health Sector, Clinical Governance within the Hermitage Medical Clinic, Managing Change Effectively and understanding the basics of Hospital Finance and Budgeting.

The programme consists of 7 modules and participants will complete a quality improvement project as part of the programme.
