RCSI Institute of Leadership partners with Supreme Council of Health in Qatar for the delivery of a quality management workshop in Doha

As part of RCSI Institute of Leadership's strategy to raise awareness of our services in the Middle East we have partnered with the Supreme Council of Health, Qatar to deliver one-day workshop called "If you’re not managing risk…you’re managing the wrong thing!!” on Monday 25th June 2012.

A team from RCSI Institute of Leadership including Dearbhla Casey, Programme Director RCSI-Bahrain, Dr Ronald John, Administration/Business Development Bahrain and Luke Feeney, Knowledge, Information & Quality Management Consultant will facilitate this workshop in the Supreme Council of Health Offices from 0830-1500.

This workshop is designed to ensure that healthcare organisations are managing “the right thing”!  This highly-practical, case study-based workshop will assist organisational knowledge development and understanding of best practices in healthcare risk management - a potent building block for high quality and safe healthcare.  The target audience for this workshop is all healthcare professionals interested in improving the quality & safety of their patient services.

The workshop will also include a presentation entitled “Introduction to the RCSI in the Middle East & what it can do for you…”.
